Automotive Technician/Mechanic
Yanis Foreign Auto Repair is growing and looking to expand our technical automotive team. If you have 3 years + professional experience in the FOREIGN Automotive industry we would like to hear from you! Are you looking for your next carrier in the automotive business? If you are motivated and have passion for cars the way all of us at Yanis Foreign Auto Repair do , WE WOULD STRONGLY like to hear from you.
What is Expected:
- A minimum of 3 years + experience working on foreign cars, such as Audi, BMW, Mercedes, VW, Lexus, Land Rover, Jaguar, Porsche, Volvo, Mini, Toyota, Bentley, Maserati.
- Must know how to perform - Tune Ups, Brakes, Timing Belts, Factory Scheduled Maintenance, Fuel System, Electrical Problems, Alternator and Ignition Systems, Air Conditioning and Heating Systems, Starters, Shocks and Suspension, Injection and Carburetors, Exhaust Systems, Alignment experience, and more.
- Dealership experience is a big plus.
- Must have your own tools
- Proficient with diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve performance issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Passion for automotive vehicles and a deep understanding for foreign cars.
- Referrals preferred, valid US driver’s license required.

- Prompt in responding to customer requests, questions and concerns, making sure all technicians are on track with all the daily RO’s needed to be completed for the day. Ordering parts, estimating.
- Being able to make recommendations for maintenance to customers.
- Perform at a high level of efficiency, follow systems and processes, open to continuing improving self-skills.
